The recipient of the email will receive the stationery styled email regardless of what email client they use, as long as it supports built-in images and HTML the styling will arrive intact to their email client whether it’s on Windows, a web email client, iPhone, iPad, another Mac, or Android. You will notice some of the email stationery options also offer a placeholder for where an image can be placed in the email template, simply dragging and dropping any picture into that placeholder will embed an image.

When satisfied with the stationery email style, send the message as usual.

Browse through the available email Stationery styles, clicking on each stationery will instantly restyle the email to fit the template.

Now click the Stationery button in the upper right corner of the composition window.

Create a new email composition as usual, fill in the recipient, subject, etc.
